Hi,
If Hidan goes after Naruto first, Naruto Clone-spams like usual, and the massive numbers confuse Hidan long enough for Sasuke to fly into the air with CS2 and Chidori Hidan's head off from above.
Naruto could also flatten Hidan and the entire forest by summoning Gamabunta on top of him before the fight even starts. In which case Sasuke isn't necessary.
